Job Title: Customer Service Agent at XYZ Company



Your Responsibilities:

  • Offer support and aid for all customer service activities within the community.
  • Deliver exceptional service to current, prospective, and previous residents.
  • Assist in the turnover process for all units.
  • Support office tasks like welcoming potential clients, conducting tours, and managing lease agreements or move-in paperwork.
  • Execute other assignments as delegated.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Capability to walk frequently and perform occasional physical tasks like stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Able to lift/move items weighing up to 50lbs and comfortable using a ladder.
  • Residence within a 30-mile radius of the property and access to reliable transportation for on-call responsibilities.
