Job Description

Colton RV & Marine and Airstream of Buffalo is looking for an Airstream Product Manager at our Orchard Park, NY Dealership. We need someone who is career-oriented, a self-starter with high energy, willing to work hard, and have fun in our growing dynamic RV industry.

As the Airstream Product Manager, your main tasks will be generating sales appointments with potential buyers, creating an excellent buying experience, and acting as a liaison between customers and departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling & delivering new and used Airstream travel trailers and vans
  • Following up consistently with all Airstream Lead sources
  • Engaging on social media platforms
  • Creating videos for Airstream customers/prospects
  • Growing social media following
  • Engaging with Airstream community
  • Following up with customers
  • Organizing events and shows
  • Improving delivery process
  • Having fun while making dreams come true

To be successful, you will need:

  • High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of customer relations/sales experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong social media engagement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid NYS driver's license
  • Completion of background check and drug screening
