Job Description
Responsible for answering and processing calls in a professional manner in a shared office environment. Utilizing business center attendant console and Cisco's call center software you will provide exceptional customer service for clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills; problem solving abilities; and be well organized. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers. A positive professional attitude and ability to work under pressure is a must.
Approximately 21 hours per week Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 10 am and 5 pm.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications - Experience with Cisco Unified Call Center Express a plus
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Data entry and typing skills
- Bilingual a plus
