As a customer service agent, you will respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, assists in resolving issues and concerns.
Our CS Agents maintain professional and courteous behavior to ensure positive image within the community served to promote customer satisfaction.
Our successful CS agents come from varying backgrounds- former dispatchers, bartenders, law enforcement, hotel front desk, military veterans, sales reps, college students, administrative professionals, retail managers, etc.

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Natural leaders who can guide customers through account management confidently and help any other team members in an "all handson deck environment"
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team player attitude
- A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Provide feedback to management and leadership to ensure quick progression.
