RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS
Our Front Desk Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent and a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure.
- Maintain cleanliness of the RV Rentals
- Check guests in and out of their RV rental
- Take guests on walkthough of their unit
- Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to Detail
- Superior communication skills
- Desire to work and learn
- Dependability
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Complete pre-employment background check and drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana)
within seven (7) days of employment
