BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering with 5+ years of industrial controls experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in managing Controls Engineers and Technicians
  • 5+ years of experience in high availability environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Success in leading teams in Controls or mechanical construction
  • Experience as a Controls Engineering Specialist

4+ years of managing skilled teams


  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work independently
  • Minimum of B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • Professional traits necessary for success at Amazon include strong customer focus, excellent judgment, high standards, innovation, results orientation, and ability to inspire others.
