Responsibilities
  • Review completed work, identifying and documenting any quality issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the On-site Team Auditor/OPS Auditing Manager to create and report daily quality logs
  • Maintain a clear understanding of client guidelines and quality expectations
  • Provide guidance on project-related questions and concerns to the On-site Team Auditor/OPS Auditing Manager
  • Report any security clean room policy violations to the On-site Team Auditor/OPS Auditing Manager
  • Offer suggestions for process improvements to the On-site Team Auditor/OPS Auditing Manager
Requirements
  • US work authorization (the company cannot provide sponsorship)
  • Able to commute to our office
  • 18+ years of age
  • Expert in Urdu (you will be asked to take a language assessment)
  • Ability to understand a wide variety of Urdu-speaking accents and dialects
  • Must have previous professional experience working in the specified language
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID, or the ability to provide medical or religious documentation for exemption
  • Strongly preferred: formal education at the secondary level in the specified language
  • Preferred: formal education at the post-secondary level in the specified language
  • Preferred: Masters or Ph.D. studies in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or in the specified language
