- Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for the operations division
- Manage the division's purchasing process, financial records, and budget procedures

- Maintain records and prepare reports from division systems
- Organize meetings and provide backup administrative duties
- Supervise office support employee(s)
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with data compilation, interpretation, and producing original analysis
