- Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for the operations division
- Manage the division's purchasing process, financial records, and budget procedures
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accuracy in pricing and delivery
- Implement critical processes for efficient business practices
- Maintain records and prepare reports from division systems
- Organize meetings and provide backup administrative duties
- Supervise office support employee(s)

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience with data compilation, interpretation, and producing original analysis

  • Permanent home address in Colorado, ability to meet physical demands of the position
