Compensation: The pay range for this role is between $22.75 and $25 per hour.

Position Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing on-site personnel. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and leading a team to achieve optimal performance.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ($24.25/HR)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ($24.75/HR)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM ($26.50/HR)
  • Supervisors will have Mon/Tue or Tue/Wed off

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage cleaning staff, ensuring effective coverage of work areas.
  • Evaluate team performance and inspect assigned locations to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate customer concerns and changes in job orders to management.
  • Track and assess supply usage and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and labeling standards as per company and OSHA regulations.
  • Provide on-the-job training for staff on specific tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and information sharing.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations while managing team responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with maintenance equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in the janitorial or facilities management field.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Compliance with airport screening requirements for assigned personnel.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks including climbing, balancing, and kneeling.
