Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Natural Grocers. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance requests for our retail and corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch outside service vendors to address store maintenance issues through our ServiceChannel platform
  • Identify and notify facilities management of maintenance-related emergencies, ensuring prompt action is taken
  • Provide work order status updates to stores for emergency and urgent maintenance calls
  • Review and follow up on open work orders to ensure resolution and closure
  • Update store locations and related data in ServiceChannel as needed
  • Assist with training new store managers on system functionality and use
  • Bid services for pricing and create work orders for external vendors as required
  • Communicate recurring or failed R&M issues to facilities management
  • Provide telephone and/or email assistance to stores for troubleshooting maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with store team members to deliver timely solutions and provide World Class Customer Service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Preferred 2 years of general office administration experience
  • Warranty management knowledge and experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple incidents or projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Superior computer skills using Windows and Office, including Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and balance changing priorities with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal customer service skills
