Strong communication skills are essential for effectively addressing the needs of both vendors and customers while maintaining a pristine and efficient wash environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple wash locations, ensuring each site accurately reflects the Autowash brand and fosters a positive customer experience.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and usability of the building, parking areas, and grounds.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment operate optimally, communicating any needs for parts, repairs, or new acquisitions.
  • Utilize keen observational skills to quickly identify operational discrepancies and apply training to stabilize, report, or address repairs as necessary.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues, adhering to daily checklists.
  • Coordinate and communicate updates for all repair and installation projects, ensuring vendor access at each assigned site.
  • Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks for buildings and landscapes as required.
  • Manage inventory of equipment and cleaning supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks at assigned locations, including trash disposal, wash bay maintenance, parking lot sweeping, litter collection, and equipment cleaning.
  • Collaborate closely with management and facility staff to foster a cooperative team environment that reflects the company's quality and professionalism.

Accountabilities:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and equipment rooms.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and management.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, both on and off-site.
  • Adhere to safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe driving practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
  • Complete checklists and engage in site assessments to address deficiencies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, climb, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequent communication is necessary, including talking and listening.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects (50 pounds or more) above shoulder height.
  • Capable of moving heavy weights (250 pounds or more) across the ground.
  • Ability to maintain an upright position for extended periods, exceeding 8 hours.
  • Finger dexterity and hand coordination are essential.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Android tablets and PC hardware/software. Ability to learn and utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Preferred education includes a High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent technical training. Ongoing education or relevant experience may be considered at the discretion of Autowash.
  • Minimum desired experience includes 6 months of previous employment or similar experience.
  • Preferred experience includes background in landscaping, facility maintenance, automotive services, or other technical trades.
