As the Chief Sales Officer, you will lead and direct the sales program with a strategic vision. You will oversee the Division of Sales, guiding all sales-related activities to boost sales and profits. You will be responsible for managing sales processes, analyzing lottery KPIs, fostering new business opportunities, staying updated on market trends, and acquiring new accounts. Moreover, you will identify growth opportunities, explore innovative selling channels, optimize existing accounts, and drive top-notch team performance.

As a CSO, you will have decision-making authority, handle program management, and lead planning and budgeting activities. The role demands proactive decision-making and a high level of judgement in executing responsibilities.


Minimum Qualifications:


To qualify for this position, you need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business or Public Administration is preferred. Relevant work experience can be considered in place of formal education. You must have at least five years of experience in sales leadership, gaming product development, marketing, or public relations.


Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management would be advantageous. Not having post‐secondary education will not automatically disqualify any applicant.
