Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

At Signature Psychiatric Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and that our staff is equipped to provide it. This includes managing the hospital's budget, supervising staff, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a culture of high-quality care and patient safety
  • Manage day-to-day operations and staff to achieve objectives in key performance areas
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensure, accreditation, and Joint Commission standards
  • Develop and implement business development processes to increase revenue and market share
  • Recruit and retain top talent in the healthcare industry
  • Collaborate with the governing body, medical staff, and executive management team to achieve hospital goals
  • Ensure effective survey readiness and accreditation
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive auditing plan to maintain continuous accreditation and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment
  • Proven track record of success in turning around an organization and directing crisis and inpatient behavioral health services
  • Strong financial acumen and business orientation
  • Transformational leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
