Job Summary:

Residential Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and addressing various roof and water infiltration issues with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the service vehicle is equipped with necessary tools daily.
  • Promptly respond to service calls within 24 hours.
  • Diagnose and repair roof and water infiltration problems effectively.
  • Clean gutters, downspouts, and drains.
  • Perform emergency repairs when required.
  • Identify and document repair/replacement needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the work site.
  • Review job details with supervisor for accurate pricing.
  • Complete daily paperwork diligently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Be adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Support ongoing projects by delivering materials when necessary.
  • Provide assistance in the warehouse and ladder support as needed.
  • Ability to drive a truck and tow a trailer.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of various roofing materials and applications.
  • Demonstrate craftsmanship meeting company standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with Dataforma.
  • Precise in measurements and documentation.
  • Dependable and holds a valid driver's license.
Physical Demands:
  • Work in all weather conditions.
  • Perform various physical activities and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
