About Us: Packard Culligan Water is in search of a customer-focused individual with a strong mechanical aptitude to join our team as a Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of residential water treatment systems. This position requires physical activity throughout the day, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges that may arise.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mechanical skills and a knack for troubleshooting
  • Strong motivation to efficiently complete assigned tasks
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in plumbing or water conditioning service/installation
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems swiftly
  • Capability to work under pressure and in physically demanding situations (lifting up to 185 lbs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Must pass a DOT physical examination

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Packard Culligan Water in a professional and safe manner within the community
  • Service, install, and repair both residential and commercial water treatment systems
  • Exceed customer expectations and address their needs
  • Promote and sell additional Packard Culligan products and services

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM, with potential for longer hours on occasion
