Role & Responsibility:

  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience consistently
  • Manage end-to-end projects within the Enterprise Technology portfolio, focusing on Security projects
  • Provide scrum leadership for agile projects and ensure proper agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with project and agile teams to analyze, plan, and develop project requirements
  • Create project plans, identify constraints, dependencies, and risks, and provide mitigation strategies
  • Execute sprint planning, sprint reviews, and manage scope expectations efficiently
  • Facilitate sprint and project progress reporting and escalate any issues
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate stakeholder meetings
  • Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project resources
  • Prepare presentation materials and identify project critical paths
  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks and manage risks and issues effectively
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required

Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum four (4) years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Google products, Zoom, and Slack
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple project schedules and support cross-functional teams
  • Experience with ITIL and IT Security compliance standards
  • Showcase visualizing complex processes, identifying failure points, and implementing improvements
