Overview:


As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and commissioning low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems.

You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and engineering assistance to clients.
Collaborate with teams to develop efficient SCADA controls designs.
Assist in BMS (Building Management Systems) system deployments and PLC code development.
Validate system sequences of operation and perform commissioning support.
Write detailed reports and implement QA procedures for quality control.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of field experience.
Experience with Rockwell, Tridium, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and Ignition systems.
Strong knowledge of communication protocols and mechanical/electrical systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
