Your Role: As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering preventative maintenance, repair services, and commissioning support for electrical systems ranging from low to high voltage (up to 500kV). You will be expected to possess a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the necessary tools and processes for effective maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level technical support to clients, including engineering assistance and system controls design.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and end-users to develop cost-effective SCADA controls solutions.
  • Stay updated on company standards and specifications, ensuring compliance throughout projects.
  • Assist on construction sites, validating designs and installations, and developing PLC code.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of facility monitoring systems.
  • Lead a BMS field team, coordinating project work to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field (preferably mechanical or electrical) or 5 years of relevant field experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of system integration experience in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with various software and systems, including Rockwell Factory Talk and Schneider Electric products.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and perform tasks that require standing, stretching, and moving in various environments.
