Patient Services Specialist

PMG SW - Pulmonary Clinic


This role will be a part of Centralized Staffing at Providence SW working on a contract role with the Pulmonary clinic.

This is a t-hire, the last person didnt end up accepting a permanent role. Great group with a very supportive manager

M-F 8-5

Daily Tasks:
Patient Check in

Updating EPIC

Answering phones

Scheduling appointments

reminder calls

Must Haves:
Must have previous PSS type experience in a healthcare setting

EPIC exp is needed


This clinic may have days where they don't need PSS coverage and if that occurs centralized staffing will deploy this PSS to other clinics to help out.

Must be flexible
