Your ImpactYou will be the first point of contact for pet parents, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their visit. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and caring environment that enhances our patients' and pet parents' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a client-patient advocate to ensure pet parents receive all pertinent information about their pet's healthcare.
- Check in and greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Manage appointment schedules and confirm appointments using our practice management system.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
- Ensure the facility is neat and clean at all times.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, hospitality, client services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle phone systems.
- Computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
- Comfortable with animals.
