Head of Software Engineering

Qualifications:


Proven experience in an engineering leadership role within a startup or industry SaaS leader, ideally in cryptography, data security, ML, and AI space.

Strong track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams, both onshore and offshore
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to build, operationalize, and optimize enterprise applications.
Ability to drive innovation while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Passion for data privacy, security, and the application of the latest AI technologies.

Location and Work Environment:
Preferably Hybrid model with WFH remote option. Candidate will travel up to 20% to meet with team at their HQ in the San Fran Bay Area.

Education:
BS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related subject from top university or college. Graduate degrees preferred.

Compensation:
$180K - 330K base (Or competitive base salary) + excellent benefits & pre-IPO equity package.
