This role involves managing marketing campaigns for a large gaming organization across multiple platforms including console, mobile, PC, and the cloud.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with marketers, game partners, and event partners to create and deploy effective campaigns that reach millions of gamers worldwide.
Position:
Advertising Campaign ManagerLocation:
Remote (must work core PST hours)
Contract Duration: 18 monthsCompensation: $60-$65/hour
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management:
Lead digital marketing campaigns across all endpoints, including console, PC, and mobile experiences. Define audience strategy and execute ongoing testing plans to optimize campaign performance.
Strategic Partnership:
Partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns to drive Game Pass sign-ups, upgrades, engagement, and retention
Creative Development:
Recommend new campaign ideas and iterate creative strategies to engage core audiences. Work with the team to build compelling messaging and creative content.
Cross-Functional Guidance:
Provide guidance to the wider Digital Marketing organization, including customer experience, design, campaign execution, operations, experiments, and analytics
Project Management:
Develop and maintain a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders and partner teams
Performance Tracking:
Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing go-to-market (GTM) plans, share creative executions, and report on campaign performance
Candidate Requirements Experience:
8-10+ years of experience in marketing campaign development, copywriting/messaging, and data analysis/optimization
Education:
A college degree in a related field such as marketing is required
Skills:
Proven experience with paid media or digital merchandising. Experience managing web campaigns, websites, and A/B testing. Strong understanding of developing digital campaigns and iterating for better performance. Excellent project management, time management, partnership, and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset for continuous improvement. Strong communication skills across all aspects of campaign development.
Preferred:
A passion for gaming and previous experience in the gaming industry.
