POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Consultant at Exsilio Inc. plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Marketing division by orchestrating comprehensive marketing initiatives, strategically fostering demand for client offerings, and cultivating new business opportunities with both prospective and current clients.
This role encompasses the daily management of resources involved in Exsilio projects.The position presents an excellent opportunity to engage with a thriving consulting firm.
We are dedicated to immersing ourselves in our clients' operations to deliver optimal outcomes.
Our Marketing team is equipped with a diverse skill set and a commitment to our clients' success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to spearhead and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Generate demand for specific products or services; strategically determine the most effective tactics for success.
Establish a robust partnership with Exsilio's Creative Team to ensure comprehensive service delivery for each account.
Aim to retain a significant percentage of existing clients through project renewals.Oversee daily project delivery responsibilities; achieve a high satisfaction rating from stakeholders.
Support departmental objectives aimed at business growth by creating new or expanding existing partnerships.
Develop and present analytical reports assessing the impact of marketing initiatives.
Meet or surpass established performance indicators for each project.
Assist with research and special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within an agency setting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
Innovative thinker with a strong tactical skill set.
Proficient in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
Comfortable conducting analysis and refining strategies.
Critical thinker capable of evaluating issues before proposing solutions.
Experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ads is essential.
Must be adaptable to shifting priorities with minimal notice.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
