Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team and oversee our accounting and financial operations. As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and implementing effective financial controls and processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making to support the company's growth and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial service providers.
