Position Overview:
As an Electrical Substation Control Engineer, you will have the chance to design and implement protection and control systems for substations, working with voltages ranging from 12kV to 500kV. This dynamic role offers exposure to the integration of renewable energy sources into the electric grid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop substation protection and control systems.
  • Prepare single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring designs.
  • Conduct quality control checks on electrical designs.
  • Support project lifecycle from initial scoping to final implementation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant experience in substation protection and control design. Specific experience requirements vary by level:

  • Mid-Level: 2+ years of experience.
  • Senior Level: 4+ years of experience.
  • Lead Level: 8+ years of experience.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CAD tools and a commitment to safety and quality standards are essential.
