  • Dry Force is currently hiring for our in house Mitigation TeamDry Force is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial MICA Coordinator.
The Commercial MICA Coordinator will primarily work within the MICA platform, assisting with various administrative tasks related to the restoration process.

This is an in-office position located in Houston, TX, with the flexibility to work weekend hours from home after training has been completed.

Utilize the MICA restoration software to audit restoration projects, including water damage, and mold remediation for accuracy and completion.

Coordinate with field technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
Collaborate with the other MICA Coordinator to ensure seamless coverage and support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Create Xactimate estimates from MICA field reports .

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in the restoration industry or similar field preferred.
Proficiency with the MICA restoration software by Next Gear Solutions or similar project management software is highly desirable.
IICRC WRT & ASD certifications preferred.
Xactimate Level 1 preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and process multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work every other weekend and occasional evening hours as needed.
