Job Summary

A Customer Care Specialist in the SERVPRO National Call Center is responsible for connecting customers to qualified SERVPRO Franchisees throughout the nation (including parts of Canada). The SERVPRO National Call Center operates 24/7, requiring flexibility for overtime and holiday shifts, especially during storm-related events.

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 11:30 am - 8:30 pm.

You Will

  • Support efforts to enhance the customer experience
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist SERVPRO Franchise community
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to meet performance goals
  • Accurately capture and dispatch job leads to Franchises
  • Promote customer service, striving for quick resolutions
  • Assist in monitoring and dispatching opportunities
  • Notify Distributors of guideline violations
  • Complete all required training and coaching sessions

You Have

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (Call Center experience preferred)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Type at least 40+wpm with minimal errors
  • PC multitasking skills
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Sit for extended periods
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Reside in Tennessee or Kentucky for payroll purposes
  • Additional hours required during storm events
