Order and maintain departmental supplies.
Conduct and assist with exit interviews as needed.
Assist employees who need TWIC renewals and boot/eyewear vouchers.
Assist employees with candidate referral submission.
Post Job Bids as needed for Open Positions.
Coordinate with recruiters and managers on new Open Positions.
Maintain SAP for departmental purchases, justifying all invoices for correct charges and account codes.
Also, consolidate pcard statement every
month and submit to controller.
Maintain Corrective Action, Grievance, and Job Bid Logs.
Maintain Employees years served for service awards.
Maintain phone list, seniority list, and holiday schedule.
New Hire Onboarding for all new employees.
Perform other duties as directed by the Corporate HR Manager.
Attend monthly calls with all corporate HR and other sister plant personnel.
Coordinate lunches needed for departmental events/trainings.
Coordinate site functions and quarterly employee safety recognitions.
Assist Plant Manager and other departments with special projects.
Completes computer base training to comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements and policies.
Reviews all safety concerns generated in the database.
Attends safety meeting monthly.
Insures staff compliance with Health, Safety, and Education policies and responsibilities.
Assists in the achievement of plants educational goals.
:
Bachelors degree (B.S.) from four-year
college or university; or equivalent combination
of education and experience in business,
personnel management, industrial relations.
