Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years in IT service desk roles with progressive responsibility and complexity.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting laptop hardware and software issues on Windows OS (Windows 10/11).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with line of business systems like reporting, loan service applications, or other ERP systems.
  • Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) management for user and group control, MFA, and SSO.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management tools such as Cherwell, JIRA, or similar.
  • Proven track record in efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and account setup.
  • Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools for task optimization.
  • Background in delivering remote support through tools like ScreenConnect, SCCM, or equivalents.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in financial and reporting systems like SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar.
  • Expertise in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) management for user and group control, MFA, and SSO.
