Position Overview:

As the Local Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless and delightful experience at our car wash. You will also be responsible for devising and implementing creative local marketing strategies to attract new customers and foster a sense of community engagement.

We have car washes in Springfield, MO, Tontitown, Fayetteville & Little Rock Arkansas that would fall under the Northwestern Arkansas territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Local Marketing:
    • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and offers.
    • Engage with the local community and businesses to establish partnerships.
    • Utilize social media platforms and other channels to promote car wash services.
    • Plan and coordinate on-site events and promotions to increase foot traffic.
  • Team Support:
    • Work closely with our director of marketing to ensure a smooth operation.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members on customer service best practices.
    • Foster a positive and motivated work environment that aligns with our values.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Creativity and a strategic mindset for devising innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of local marketing trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or marketing certifications are a plus.

Starting Pay is $21/HR - This is a Hybrid Work At Home Position. Applicants will need to be located in the Bentonville/Springdale/Fayetteville area to service our locations in that region.
