Position Overview

In the role of Community Engagement and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers at the car wash. You will also be responsible for crafting and implementing creative local marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clientele and fostering community involvement in the Northwest Arkansas area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Local Marketing Initiatives
    • Design and execute local marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create enticing promotions and offers.
    • Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
    • Effectively utilize social media and other marketing channels.
    • Organize events and promotions on-site to enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work alongside the marketing director to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Provide training and support on exemplary customer service practices.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the company's core values.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Creative thinking and a strategic mindset for marketing initiatives.
  • Current knowledge of local marketing trends and the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional marketing certifications are a plus.

Starting Pay is $21/HR - This is a Hybrid Work At Home Position. Applicants will need to be located in the Bentonville/Springdale/Fayetteville area to service our locations in that region.
