What You'll Do
- Work with clients to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies
- Conduct industrial hygiene sampling, such as noise dosimetry and air monitoring
- Schedule and conduct respirator fit testing for employees
- Assist with hazard analysis and risk assessments
- Provide environmental, health, and safety training
- Coordinate safety initiatives across the site
- Audit daily work permits and report findings
- Complete ergonomic assessments of tasks
- Perform other Health and Safety tasks as required
This role may involve environmental responsibilities, including:
- Collect and process wastewater samples
- Coordinate environmental sampling events
- Utilize air emission modeling software
- Assist with regulatory permitting processes
- Manage hazardous waste processing
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Safety, or related field
- 1-2 years of professional Environmental Health and Safety experience preferred
- Experience in safety within a manufacturing or pilot plant setting preferred
- Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, self-motivated, and results-oriented
This position may involve handling information subjected to U.S. Export Control Laws.
