About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist III to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure our client's adherence to all relevant Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to implement EHS improvement projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report on EHS incidents and near-misses.

Requirements:

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field.
  • **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in EHS/safety focus, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or electronics industries.
  • **Certifications:** Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and/or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
  • **Skills:** Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
