Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a Studio Sample Coordinator to support both the Stills Studio and the Creative teams by facilitating sample movement and production related tasks for all photo shoots. This person will work closely with Production and Anthro Stills Studio teams.

  • Understands our customer and their role in helping to deliver high-quality imagery to them

Role Responsibilities

Product Turnover

  • Manages the Anthro Stills Turnover process from Buying to Photography to ensure all samples for web are correctly labeled and passed to the Studio in a timely manner
  • Supports the Studio Teams through sample organization and operational processes
  • Accurately checks in and tracks samples in STEP through scanning and reporting
  • Ensure organization is maintained between buildings pre and post photography
  • Provides accurate product counts by category to Studio Operations and Production Teams in order to efficiently schedule each week's workflow
  • Communicate any sample issues with Buying teams prior to photography

Samples

  • Unpacking and preliminary organizing of weekly turnover; gaining visibility into all product and assortments
  • Maintains product flow and effective communication with Studio Sample Coordinators
  • Monitors sample return process with Buying teams
  • Identifying product in weekly turnover to be pulled and organized for upcoming Creative shoots
  • Supports the Creative team and Creative Coordinators through sample organization and operational processes
  • Creates and maintains a check-in / check-out process for samples flowing in and out of the Studio
  • Maintains product flow from creative and ecommerce sets to ensure product is shot and ready to activate by deadlines
  • Assist with any sample related questions and needs
