We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team and provide essential support to the administrative office and various working groups. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of special projects, defining operational needs, milestones, stakeholders, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Document standard operating procedures, prepare user guides, and capture best practices to optimize project development.
- Support working groups in addressing key issues affecting government entities.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to maintain and present agency data through SharePoint.
- Evaluate business operations and methods to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall performance.
- Provide administrative and clerical support in budget and finance matters.
Experience & Education Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a federal government environment.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
