Join our team as a Front Desk Clerk in the Administration Department. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficient front desk operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet patients upon arrival with professionalism
  • Maintain knowledge of customer service principles
  • Handle demographic, insurance, and financial information accurately
  • Organize and manage patient charts
  • Assist with various clerical tasks including mail handling and phone calls
  • Collect payments and conduct exit interviews
  • Complete financial and patient logs
  • Support registration process and appointment scheduling
  • Contribute to safety and infection control measures
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions
  • Remain flexible with staffing arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with attendance standards
  • Adapt to changes in assignments
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years office experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Prior customer service experience valued
  • Good communication skills in-person and over the phone
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology

  • Read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Handle basic math and reasoning tasks
  • Utilize computer skills efficiently
CERTIFICATE/LICENSES
  • BLS certification required
