Medical Front Office Manager

- Managing time off requests and ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
- Maintaining knowledge of clinical operations and disseminating information to staff regularly.
- Assisting the Practice Manager with workload assignments and schedules.
- Preparing patients' daily co-payments and reconciling cash drawer.
- Conducting regular meetings to enhance organizational procedures.
- Assisting with internal and external audits related to registration and billing.
- Maintaining accurate office supply inventory.
- Reporting patient complaints and ensuring accurate provider schedules.
- Participating in staff meetings and creating a positive work environment.
- Managing incoming mail and deliveries.
- Performing other duties as directed.
- High school graduate or G.E.D required.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and build trust with patients and staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently or as a team.
- Ability to resolve complaints effectively and maintain client confidentiality.
- Meet Service Excellence Standards.
- Ability to take initiative and travel as required.
- Podiatry/Orthopedic and Eclinical Works experience a plus
