Hello Dexian Professionals formerly Hunter Hollis is working with a high profile client in need of a candidate that will serve an their SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and overall day to day management of the accounting process.

Responsibilities
Monthly and yearly close of accounting books entering applicable journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Financial reporting according to compliance with GAAP and IFRS
Manage a small accounting team of less than five accounting professionals
Overseeing the payroll process
Work with internal auditors, and provide support for external audits as necessary
Maintain current policy documents and SOPs for accountable areas
Collaborating with other departments to maintain financial records and system processes
Identifying solutions to discrepancies in financial records
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, collection forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding the financial health of the accounts receivable function.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as required.
Qualifications
8+ years' of professional accounting experience and management
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
CPA required
Manufacturing
Strong excel skills
General ledger expertise
Willingness to travel to Raleigh as needed
