Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Serve as Project Director for various initiatives, overseeing complex components of large-scale projects.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, deliverables, and client relations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure quality control of reports, proposals, and other deliverables for stakeholders.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, leading proposal efforts and engaging potential partners.
- Contribute to the development of technical proposals for donor-funded projects, applying best practices tailored to specific contexts.
3. Technical Leadership:
