Position Description

The Student Success Coordinator is a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and enriching experience for students enrolled at the Division of Continuing Education (DCE). This position effectively communicates and collaborates, while quickly adapting to multiple demands, priorities, and rapid changes in a complex environment. The Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact, providing personalized support for all incoming OSA student inquiries. Responsibilities include scheduling coaching appointments, addressing challenging inquiries with patience and respect, and connecting students with the appropriate resources if necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities:
  • Organize daily office operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Attend necessary student meetings and distribute post-meeting notes
  • Aid in developing an efficient communication system for student inquiries and referrals
  • Document and update OSA processes and procedures, ensuring transparency and communication to students
  • Run data reports on student interactions in Salesforce
  • Support special OSA projects and initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate OSA events, including creating marketing materials
  • Assist in recruiting Student Success Coaches and Academic Tutors
  • Manage workshop registration and tutor/student scheduling processes
  • Provide technical support and logistical assistance to coaches and tutors

Work Format Details

This position is based in Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid workplace model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on campus. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
