About the teamThe Worldpay procurement team brings focused expertise and drives a culture ofspending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical tocurrent and future business operations) via the employment of efficient,effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management,negotiation, and supplier management practices.

They serve as a centralpoint of contact for strategic suppliers.
What you will be doing
The Technology Sourcing Director serves as a central point of contact forinternal business leaders and strategic suppliers. Interfaces with seniorleadership both within Worldpay and at suppliers. Serves as a source of bestpractices to be implemented by more junior team members.
Competitively sourcing technology spend through engagement of strategicsuppliers and application of industry knowledge
Drafting, negotiating, project manage and executing contractual documentsincluding but not limited to master service agreements, statements ofwork, letter agreements, and purchase orders
Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management throughsupplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business
Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance
Liaise with technical personnel to interpret technical specifications tocommercial and corporate financial requirements
Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review andapproval

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or the equivalent combinationof education, training, or work experience.
8+ years' experience in technology sourcing or similar role.

Advanced key procurement skills:
Development / management of categorystrategies; RFP / RFI development, contract negotiations, strategicsourcing, management of supplier relationship lifecycle, understanding ofrisk mitigation principles, and understanding of various cost evaluationmethods (TCO, ROI, Payback Period, etc.)
Advanced contracting skills - knowledge of contracting principles, laws,regulations and industry standards.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business strategy;extensive business case writing, strong background in market intelligenceresearch, and excellent in negotiation strategy and tactics
Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans,Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large sizecompa
Advanced contracting skills - knowledge of contracting principles, laws,regulations and industry standards.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to clearlyand concisely communicate information at multiple levels, adapting easily tochange. Capable of effective executive management presentations /communication
