Job Overview

The Director of Integrated Technology will be instrumental in defining Athēnix's technological framework. This role encompasses the oversight of managed IT services, cybersecurity protocols, and the effective integration of digital solutions across external collaborations. The director will ensure the cohesive integration of diverse IT services, uphold stringent cybersecurity standards, and work in partnership with external entities to align digital infrastructure with the organization's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing managed IT services, including asset management, telecommunication services, and internet service provider oversight.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance cybersecurity and safeguard organizational data and infrastructure.
  • Managing relationships with external partners to ensure digital tools align with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Facilitating the integration of new acquisitions into the existing IT framework.
  • Contributing to the overarching business strategy by aligning IT operations with organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver value-added IT services.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Managing vendor relationships to guarantee the provision of high-quality IT services.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in IT management, security, and oversight of digital infrastructure.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT roles.
  • A four-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of healthcare IT, with a history of increasing responsibility within this sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for identifying improvements and creatively solving challenges.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and confidently with external partners and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in initiating technical problem-solving processes and facilitating resolution.

This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement, subject to managerial discretion, and requires some travel. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $180,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
