The Customer Experience (CX) Designer plays a crucial role in the Customer Experience Center of Excellence, an innovative team transforming the company into a customer-focused health solutions provider.

This team's mission is to revolutionize healthcare, making it more accessible, effortless, and intelligent for all.

The CX Designer will lead CX improvement initiatives using human-centered design methodologies, enhancing the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

This role entails strategy formulation, process improvement facilitation, and qualitative research.

  • Essential Functions:
  • Leverage expertise in customer experience and design to create customer-centered solutions
  • Translate business requirements into compelling solutions using human-centered design principles
  • Advise business partners on customer-centered design solutions
  • Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in data analysis with a focus on customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to change and embrace new tools and processes
  • Experience:
  • 5-8 Years of Professional experience with data analysis or data mining
