The Price Book Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate pricing information through the company's price book database. This role plays an important part in supporting our pricing strategies and ensuring accurate product data management. This position reports directly to the Price Book Manager.

JOB EXPECTATIONS/ DUTIES

  • Work closely with Category Managers and vendors to enter new/ changed items, price changes, and promotion pricing accurately and on time.
  • Assist in entering and maintaining Loyalty Reward offers and promotion pricing.
  • Oversee and manage vendor invoice imports and item imports.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions related to Price book, and work closely with Accounting to ensure invoices are posted on time.
  • Enter and maintain vendor rebate programs, including Loyalty programs, distribute rebate invoices to vendors, and assist in rebate payment reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve work orders submitted by stores for various Price book issues.
  • Assist with data analysis/ collection including running various reports when needed.
  • Assist with other marketing related tasks as requested by the VP of Marketing.
  • Support special projects involving Price book.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in price book, retail or accounting.
  • Prior exposure to systems like PDI Enterprise, Focal Point, POS systems, and retail accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with retail industry structures and reporting needs.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline focused, with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office(Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Marketing, IT).
  • Must possess the ability to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner. The scope of the problems can be routine to complex and range from financial to operational concerns.
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to work independently and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.
