A Day in the Life:


The Leasing Specialist is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, facilitating renewals, coordinating resident activities, and maintaining resident relations.

This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures. Are you a sales Rock Star? Then this is the career for you

Leasing Specialist must haves:

  • Positive 'can do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills.
  • Saturday hours required (10am4pm) but get paid 8hours
  • Prefer 1year or more of leasing experience
  • Requiring 2years or more of sales experience
  • Hours Monday thru Friday 9am6pm; Saturdays 10am4pm on rotation
