Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Water Mitigation Specialist to join our team. As a Water Mitigation Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, assessing damage, and implementing restoration plans to minimize losses and ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency situations, including water damage, flooding, and other disasters
  • Assess damage and develop restoration plans to minimize losses and ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Implement restoration plans, including water extraction, drying, and cleaning
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and discretion
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Valid WA driver's license with at least a 3-year clean driving record
  • Ability to rotate on 24-hr on-call shift, which may include some holidays
  • Live within 40 miles of our office location
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
