About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at First Pacific Group Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the leasing process and facilitate renewals
  • Assist with move-in procedures, service requests, and concierge services
  • Maintain resident relations and handle traffic
  • Provide a positive and professional first point of contact for residents and prospective residents
Requirements
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, email, and internet required
  • Positive 'can do' attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm
  • Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution
  • Effective communication
  • Saturday hours required - 10am-4pm
  • Monday through Friday 9am-6pm (one weekday off when Saturday is worked)
