About the Position:
We are currently seeking a

Corporate Partner

with expertise in M&A transactions, particularly in managing acquisitions ranging from $1M to $12M.
  • Strong M&A background, involving drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements.
  • Experience in private equity transactions is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements.
  • Significant involvement in closing M&A deals and related transactions.
  • Conducting due diligence processes.
  • Providing counsel on corporate and business matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quick adaptability, adept in utilizing technology tools like Microsoft Office 365, Clio, Netdocuments, video conferencing, project management software, and more.
  • Prior exposure to commercial real estate is advantageous.
  • Understanding of securities law is beneficial.
