Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our People team, you will partner with business leaders to drive meaningful and effective talent, performance, and programs that support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned client groups to drive talent, performance, and programs that align with business objectives
  • Lead, develop, support, and inspire a team to deliver high-impact HR programs internationally
  • Provide strategic counsel and consultative solutions to business leaders on people management aspects of their business
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent processes and programs
  • Use data and analytics to inform and influence decisions, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with experience partnering with leaders across global geographies
  • Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams in a SaaS or technology environment and managing incentive-based compensation is preferred
  • Experience working in large global multinational corporations
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders on HR initiatives
  • Prior success influencing and inspiring change plans with leaders
  • Demonstrated success in tying people-based solutions to business strategy and crafting value through people that impacts results for the business
