Specializing in both residential and commercial roofing and solar solutions, LQR is on the lookout for a talented Commercial Sales Manager who brings experience in commercial construction and roofing sales.


This key role has opened up due to our ongoing expansion. As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and oversee sales development and operations within our Commercial Division. Your primary focus will be on driving retail customer acquisition for roofing services and products, supporting Contracts, Pre-Production, and Retail operations.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

Sales Strategy:
Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or surpass branch sales targets.

Market Analysis:
Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Reporting:
Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and relevant metrics for management assessment.

Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to align and achieve company-wide objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales leadership and development.
- Previous experience in roofing or similar fields highly preferred.
- 3-5 years in B2B Sales
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- 3-5 years in construction/roofing financial management.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
